PROGRAM OBJECTIVE :   

The objective of the  Corprorate Secretaries (ACS) program is to build a pool of modern Finance professionals for Companies coupled with full fledged training, who can sustain the growing momentum of the sector and help the Companies  to achieve new levels of profitability and customer responsiveness . KGES’s unique training methodology focuses on building skills in the learner. This Skill-centricity is achieved through Action Classrooms, Multi-modal learning and Industry Immersion where the teacher is more a Trainer-Facilitator bringing out latent talent and fostering skill development, thus creating first-day-first hour industry-ready entry level professionals for the Companies . ​

The ACS  is a Six month program for each module with week days or week end classroom sessions. The program is unique in both its content as well as its methodology. The Programs blends core domain knowledge and usable skills with technology familiarity, customer handling, sales & marketing skills, effective communication and infectious positive attitude. Thus program is designed in the context of modern-day Company knowledge, hands-on application-orientation, technology-familiarity and customer service.  ​

The objective of the TNPSC program is to place the Student in Tamilnadu Government Jobs, who can sustain the growing momentum of the State and the sector .KGES’s unique training methodology focuses on Cracking TNPSC Exams and building skills in the learner. This Skill-centricity is achieved through Action Classrooms and Multi-modal learning  where the teacher is more a Trainer-Facilitator bringing out latent talent and fostering skill development.

The objective of the TET /TRB program is to place the Student in Tamilnadu Government Jobs.
